Serramonacesca has two very well equipped shops, two excellent bars, three restaurants, pharmacy. A lovely sleepy Italian village with the Adriatic sea only a 20 min drive away!
Pescara Airport is just 25 min drive away and Rome just under 2 hours. Ryan Air fly into both. Like Olive Grove Farm, the wonderful Adriatic beaches are only 25 min away.

We are pleased to announce the log cabin has now been erected on the extremity of
our land at the Serramonacesca Olive Grove Farm site. Initially intended for us when
the farmhouse was rented out we are often not there. The Log Cabin is available to
rent either separately from Olive Grove Farm or together if you are part of a big
party, enabling the farm to cater for up to 14 people. If you are really looking
for a holiday with a difference -
The cabin consists of a lounge, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and loft bedroom
containing a double bed (memory foam mattress) and two metre wide veranda -
The cabin is completely separated/private from Olive Grove Farm (nearly 150 metres away and the view (of the house) is completely covered by trees) but shares the same gated entrance. It is not possible to take a car to it, but requires a short walk (30m) along an illuminated path/steps and small hill. The use of the swimming pool is not possible but at the discretion of the current tenants of Olive Grove Farm.
The lounge has satellite television and Hi Fi Dolby system. There is a comfortable whicker suite and coffee table for four in the lounge and a table/chairs for four located on the veranda with a double swing chair. In winter, apart from gas heaters the cabin has a wood burning stove and with 50 mm thick wood, double glazing on all doors and windows is warm in the winter. The roof is also insulated and has a roof window and stand alone fan to reduce heat in the summer
