We bought Olive Grove Farm in the summer of 2004 primarily for our future retirement.
We fell in love with the house and surrounding land immediately and made a decision
to purchase almost within two minutes of arrival. To reduce some of the substantial
renovation costs we decided to rent out when we were not using it, as at present
we live in England. Although mainly a summer property, it can be rented all year
as there is good skiing and generally the winter weather is considerably warmer (and
better) than England -
Every November a few of my Rotarian friends come out for a “boys only” week to pick
the olives -
Olive Grove Farm can be rented for normally a week, but under some special circumstances can be hired for a less (and of course greater) period.
We hope users will respect the properties they rent as their own.
Olive Grove Farm is inspected both before and after you depart to ensure it is in a fit condition for you and indeed, the next inhabitants.

Booking -
Booking will be confirmed after initial booking/security payment received. This is
normally £250/week. Payment can be in Sterling or Euros. This deposit will be returned
to you in full within 7-
A Booking Form and Contract will be sent after you have confirmed your intent
Final Payment
Full balance of payment (in Euros) must be paid eight weeks before start date of your holiday.
Cancellation
Provided more than 3 months notice is given of cancellation, then 40% of booking deposit is returned. Within a 3 month period of the start date of your holiday, the deposit is forfeited. Less than 6 weeks, 75% of rental fee is forfeited.
